1. Overview

By subscribing to Safety Net Service provided by Even Load Energy, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Safety Net Service ("Service") and outline the responsibilities and obligations of both the customer ("You" or "Customer") and Even Load Energy ("We," "Our," or "Even Load Energy").

2. Service Description

Safety Net Service is a monthly subscription service provided by Even Load Energy. This service, at a cost of $49.99 per month, wherein, Even Load Energy provides services including some or all of the following:

• Rate Monitoring: Verifying that the energy rates billed match the rates promised or contracted by the broker or supplier.

• Solvency Monitoring: Tracking the financial health of the customer’s selected energy supplier to help minimize the risk of service disruption due to supplier instability.

• Reject Resolution & Drop Monitoring: Identifying rejected enrollments or dropped/cancelled accounts and working proactively with the customer and their chosen energy broker to resolve issues, helping to avoid early termination fees and interruptions in service.

• Contract Renewal Alerts: Notifying both the customer and their broker of upcoming contract expiration dates, giving ample time to secure a new energy supply agreement and avoid being defaulted to out-of-contract rates. Even Load Energy will work with your broker and the customer to secure a new, third-party energy supplier or renewal of the existing supply agreement.

If the customer is working with a supplier not set up through Allied Acquisition Services, the same services can still be provided—upon request—once the customer shares all of the necessary information.

Even Load Energy will work with Allied Acquisition Services LLC and you to secure a new, third-party energy supplier.

3. Subscription Fee and Billing

• The cost for the Safety Net Service is $49.99 per month.

• By subscribing, you authorize Even Load Energy to charge your provided payment method $49.99 each month until the subscription is canceled.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are fully refundable up to 60 days after the monthly subscription charge has been processed by calling 610-484-5345.

4. Payment Method

By subscribing to Safety Net Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including your payment method details. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and any changes to your billing information must be updated through your customer portal.

5. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription to Safety Net Service at any time by notifying Even Load Energy through the customer portal.

• Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged after the cancellation. Upon cancellation, subscription fees are fully refundable up to 60 days after the monthly subscription charge has been processed by calling 610-590-2274.

6. Service Changes

Even Load Energy reserves the right to modify the terms, pricing, or availability of the Safety Net Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes that impact the terms of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

Even Load Energy will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the failure of a third-party supplier. While Even Load Energy will assist in selecting a new supplier when the conditions outlined in Section 2 occur, the final decision and agreement with any new supplier will be made directly between the customer and the third-party supplier.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information necessary for the provision of the Service.

• Service Usage: You agree to use the Safety Net Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

9. Termination by Even Load Energy

Even Load Energy may terminate or suspend your subscription at any time if you violate the Terms of Service, provide false or misleading information, or engage in behavior that disrupts the provision of services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Reno, Nevada, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.
